Yeah, you're right. Nobody is going to port this. Not only for those reasons but also I forgot a couple of things around ports of original version ehhh skip for me doesn't feel like much of a loss -

Has anybody posted the translated message from the Dev? although the above paraphrase isn't bad. I thought it happened because they wrote themselves into a corner with the paths causing more an abrupt ending than anything else... -
Ren'Py Port Wishlist
Lots of reasons Unity games can cause players to do that. Ren'py version is really good though. Full Mods and gallery and timeline jumping. Plus other story improvements. Pretty much takes art and open world like scenes from original and molds to a VN story far better than Unity game- Blank

Ah, okay. Yeah so I edited my post to add my last comment about Ren'py remakes, because I thought I might have been misunderstanding specifics of thread theme. The terminology is likely correct, but Ren'py Port usually refers to the Porting of a Ren'py Game to .APK version. Games or VNs not...- Blank
