Multiple terabytes. I'm a data hoarder so even if I don't have much interest in a VN I'll still download it for the sake of adding it to my "collection"
Sometimes it's just needed like Max's Life, Summertime Saga (the coding part because that game was barely functional. Not the other shit), ShutUp and Dance etc.
Way too many devs use it to milk though
If you're going to have voice acting it's better to have it at the start instead of being added later on. Spending years with a character who's voice you've had for them in your head not matching the official one when it's added later feel jarring
It sucks that there really isn't another game in this genre that's similar to this one.
All the others usually get too extreme or have cartoonishly evil characters. Not saying the characters in this are saint's but there is a worlds difference in how they're written.
Seeds of Chaos has a massive amount of bi content. It is technically a NTR game, but how far it goes depends on your choices. You can just choose to have bi-threesomes with your wife if you want or have an open relationship thing going on.
Dimension 69 has some and will get more in the future...
I'm really into it. Either the more wholesome kinda like SCC or the darker ones is fine with me. They satisfy different kinks for me.
Can't say there are a lot of good ones though. Most of them are buried under far too many game mechanics and stat systems that barely have any cohesion with each...
Conceptually I like them, but have never found one I actually like. Games where you sissify someone else pretty much don't exist. The games where the MC is the sissy, usually follow the same formula of every other character being evil as hell and the kinks being cartoonishly extreme.
Little Green Hill imo. Has some writing issues, but the girls have such a complete body type variety and personalities that create different dynamics with the MC.
It use to bother me more than it did, but most writers have just as much trouble with writing "relatable and realistic" as they do edgy/badass. Just kinda evens out.
There is also a pretty limited amount of ways you can write more relatable grounded stories. Even if they're written well, a new...
Never been able to get into games that have more than 1 male MC. It's not even really a self insertion thing. The games usually feel disjointed and bereft of character building.
