Surprisingly enough, there is an actual game here with point-and-click puzzle solving goodness. The sexual elements are, at least for now, in the background but the story seems to be moving forward. Worth keeping an eye on.

Too often is sandbox just code for not focused. The narrative goes nowhere as the dev doesn't have a clear idea on how to carry the plot. If done right, it can be great but 80% of the time the result is just a grindfest that eventually gets abandoned.
Probably as seriously as any other media. If the question is whether these games move me, the answer is typically no. Amuse sometimes if the writing is good.
The problem here is the development cycle of these games. Nothing seems to ever be truly completed and projects drag on for years all the way to obscurity. The game might have been great at the start of it's development but by the time it's finished, nobody remembers it. This wouldn't work.
No and a lot of it has to do with the technical limitations of the platforms these games are built on. I'm yet to see a minigame that isn't just plain janky.
The ability to become anyone at any time. And not by looking like them but actually becoming them in body and mind replacing them in reality. As I would get bored and hop to the next one, they would not remember any of it.
