    Pregnancy is a massive bonus for me as well. Sadly it's often only implemented at the very end as sort of a reward for finishing the game. I am begging game developers to use it actively in more games, preferably with actual time progression so we can see her belly slowly getting bigger.

    Latest updates. Check all the Ren'Py titles on offer. If I notice a game made with a different engine, where the art style and renders look EXCEPTIONALLY good, I might consider that game as well.
