I would make something like a daily life simulator with lewd elements: You have to start over in a new city (yes, that's how maaaaany games start). You start with a huge debt, a few belongings and live shady apartment. But you can envolve. The main goal is, to pay off the debt. Depending on your...
The most paranormal experience in my life was a year after my grandpa died (R.i.P): I'm sure I saw him at several places were I live, always "staring" at me from a distance. When I went towards him, he vanished in the crowd. It was always a crowded place, the local shopping mall, a train station...

I like it, because it's some kind of "wildcard" (can be everybody who wants to be the MC). Good in games made with RPGMaker or similar. In 3D / first person games, I prefer a character maker / customizer)
In games, it can be a huge one. If I could have a harem IRL, it would be 3 or 4, because taking care of all in a equivalent way could be difficult with more. But I'm happy with my "one woman harem" right now :)
Mixed. First I look for the tags, then screenshots and at last ratings. I use ratings mostly for information about bugs and issues with the game. Good screenshots and tags are wothless when the game itself is a "bugfest"
