You can go straight to P4. I asked a similiar question on what I /should/ do. General consensus was buy P1 if you want some off the timeouts lifted. and then buy P4 later. (and hope AI doesn't get nuked again)- DrewA785

How many coins are in your bank account?
Mine got removed too. Probably because it looked a little "too real" even though it came from a Daz game. It's because of the recent fallout from the AI stuff. A bunch of people's stuff got removed. You should have gotten 8 coins from uploading a new one though.- DrewA785

I would agree post-apoc sounds more interesting, but as some have suggested, do what you have the most drive for.
