They should swap the names of VNs and KNs because kinetic novels should have been called Visual Novels because that's what they are: novels/books with pictures. They should then call VNs Kinetic novels because VN plots change and move to different places because of the choices that you are given.- Freshenstein

Play the Bonus Edition if possible, otherwise play the Standard Edition. Ignore the Gallery (obsolete) and Censored (ewwwww) editions. Problem solved. It's not rocket science people.- Freshenstein

My problem was that it was my first playthrough and I didn't know who was who. I was just clicking a bunch of the characters at random to see what was there. Glad the next version will have it fixed. Wasn't game breaking or anything but was still super annoying. Thanks.- Freshenstein

I had this problem too. Only way I could figure out how to fix it was to go through each icon and double click and eventually you'll figure out which menus are visible and once you close them out it'll go back to normal if that explanation makes any sense.- Freshenstein

All folders are individually compressed in .7z format. Use 7zip or something else that can handle 7z files to extract. Pay attention to the file names.
