No, it's not. You obviously choose those options. You can totally avoid anything with Emily until forced to at the beginning of .3. Not sure why you made those choices. The Patreon was nuked to oblivion. Completely wiped out, final decision. No option to even request restoration. Soooo... looks like .37 will be free from the jump. LOL. Damn hahaha. Not sure what you are asking. Were you not able to access .36 content? After the fight with the Nelson brothers you should be given an option to continue. That's .36. Please clarify what you are missing. Thanks.- RealLegacyUser
