I liked when they started to introduce the M/D relationship, but then they went off the deepend into M/S and M/S's friend and... until they get back to M/D, I could care less.
Definitely a fan of walkthroughs in games, especially ones with diverse branching paths and where it's easy to miss something with a seemingly unrelated decision much earlier on.
I'm actually on the side of story over graphics, myself. Both are important, but if the story isn't there it just doesn't hold my interest at which point the graphics serve no purpose.
Definitely prefer Ren'Py. Most of the games I've played in it just feel more polished. Unity looks good, but updates seem to be slower and sometimes things just don't play right. RPG Maker can be good, but it depends on the effort put in and sometimes it feels like they are more buggy. Twine...
