Sound in Games
It really depends on who's made it. Generally I do the same, mute that is, but some games actually has pretty decent BGM that I honestly don't mind- BeesKnees

How many games have you played/tried? How many did you support on patreon?
I've probably played around 50-60 at this point. I'm actively supporting NaughtyRoad and previously I supported Darkcookie until the wait got "slightly" ridiculous. If I had more to spare I'd definitely be patron to several others as well- BeesKnees

While I generate AI stuff personally, I find hand drawn/manga to be my preference. 3DCG can be very good, but it doesn't quite scratch that itch. It's honestly heart wrenching to see threads/games get removed from there. especially if you've been watching them for a while or it's a new game you look forward to. Definitely looking forward to spending more time here if it's actually that much better as you guys have described -

What do you all think of games where you have to "lose" to see the porn?
Have to admit that Monster Girl Quest is one of the best case scenarios for the "losing = sex" archetype, albeit some of it is quite gruesome. It does have quite a good story and actually decent combat though, so it's overall a praised game in my book. NTR games that does it on the other hand...- BeesKnees

Why don't you financially support devs you really like?
I've got a running sub to NaughtyRoad, mostly because of the extra image incentive you get at higher tier, but also because I actually enjoy the rather well written story.
