It depends on the games :p From what your errror message tells me, you were interacting with an animation which are quite heavy. Although, not 16gb vram heavy! That's why I'll look into it if the animations somehow aren't removed from the vram memory in time. -

It appears you ran out of VRAM. What graphics card are you use or are you using intergrated graphics? I'll look into it for the next version but that will take a while before it hits public since this is the first time I've seen this erorr. -
