As a matter of fact, differing sizes & shapes can be a simple but effective way to make your characters feel more unique...

    Any game with mind control, really. I love that shit, but when you get down to it, it'd be pretty horrific. Also characters that get blackmailed, coerced, or sexually assaulted, something I wouldn't wish on anyone in real life.

    Games with non-standard art style, be it 3D or 2D, have a tendency to easily get passed over. Personally, I tend to avoid games where the characters seem afflicted with plastic-skin syndrome. Another potential issue is that previews rarely get updated, while the artist improves his/her skills...

    Games with high-quality renders & animations are always gonna be rare. As other have mentioned, it takes an uncommon combination of skills, experience, dedication & hardware to pull off. People that have all 4 & want to make a porn game are always going to be quite rare.
