I like lots of tags because I like lots of variety in a game. It's only an issue if a game gets tagged with a fetish that only shows up once or twice. The opposite can be kind of an issue too, where a game gets tagged with something I'm not into, but it's barely featured.
Idol Island has a lot of promise. I like the premise and the cast a lot enough to put up with the survival game hunting and gathering stuff (flashing back to Mist). I hope it doesn't die on the vine.
I think RPGM is superior if the dev is trying to have gameplay elements beyond dialog choices in their porn game, but it's super rare to see it justified. I think Peasant's Quest is about as good as you can hope for from a porn JRPG, but like an actual JRPG it can be pretty slow to start.
And...
Yeah, and even then it's so common for the pregnancy to be the final moment of the game, or maybe slipped in via flashback. Not enough games let you enjoy it.
For me, the biggest red flag is when a game starts focusing in on characters I'm not particularly interested in. It's something that...
Light of My Life is my favorite, but Neko Paradise is the one I'm always most excited to see an update for. Little Green Hill and The Shrink are a lot of fun, too.
I always prefer a walkthrough, but mostly so I know where choices are heading. If it's just "good choice/bad choice," it's easy enough to roll back and try again, but if it's adding points to some meter under the hood or certain choices will lead to certain types of scenes, I like to know.
I agree on sandbox, but I don't mind kinetic novels. If I'm being honest, I'll use a walkthrough whenever it's available, so I'm practically playing most games as kinetic novels.
I think the closest I've come to enjoying a sandbox is Treasure of Nadia, and only because it had the Soul Crystal...
One of the things I like about Grandma's House is the age range, so you can play an older MC but still get the whole incest spectrum.
I tend to only like the MC + Mom stuff when it's a college age or older MC.
I think the "AI is just a tool" argument kind of overlooks the impulse that fuels the hype: a disinterest in learning to use a tool.
The biggest issue with AI, to me, is the lack of consistency. Consistency is already a huge hurdle for artists drawing and rendering their own scenes, and AI...
I like the variety of available relationships, regardless of the changes.
Also, I'd play a full story about taking off with those 2 milfs and knocking them up.
i'll jump in on a .01 if it promises some of my favorite fetishes, but i tend to assume an initial release will be pretty scant. it's also kind of annoying when you jump into a new game that's littered with "in development" disclaimers all over the interface.
basically, i just want something...
