At least if they're NOT giving the dev money. If you're giving the dev $100 or so, then yes, you can get some influence in the story development, or maybe a special character...but that should be left up to the dev.
You know what tipping $10 at my ramen shop gets you? NOTHING. You know...
I prefer Attack Helicopter. There is a game that does give you that option for fun, complete with the sound effects. If that option isn't available, I try both POV's to see the different dialog choices / responses if I like the game.
The TV taught me English & how to read. Those 'Muricans had something called Sesame Street & The Electric Company on "Your local PBS station". I've used English so long seeing ENGRISH in VN's annoy me to the point that if I like the game and the dev I'll fix the typos in the code.
I can confirm...Rudolph's Revenge comes to mind immediately...as long as you click on the chocolate starfish first so you can stick it in her front butt. :sneaky:
I -had- about 2K in there, but I spent it on the "obtain loli / shota lewds level" and "Prestige 1"...there's like 45 in there right now until I get more talkative again, or I spend some cash for more coinz.
If the game doesn't give me the option to skip their stupid mini-game within a game it immediately goes on either my "don't download the updates" list or the "I'm going to cheat the stats so I don't have to play the mini-game" list.
Thankfully, I DO have a helping hoe, er, hand available if...
My favorite is any game that lets you pick the age based upon appearance AND doesn't then suggest "Isn't that a bit young? Maybe 14+ would be a better number?".
They've recently "updated" it. By "updated" they made it widescreen and started over with the coding. Barely working now. No "outside of the household" paths are working.
Stick to the last update for the next 4 years until they finish porting it over.
