    Gore, scat, anything with violence... Those are my big turn offs. Lesser ones that I just plain avoid because I don't understand or just don't appeal to me are humiliation, water sports, gigantic huge huge breasts, and feet.

    I really only know of Skyrim and Fallout4, both have literally hundreds of NSFW mods. Though Skyrim likely has the most freedom and quality.
