Futa/Trans tag exists for games that have either option. Trans doesn't necessarily mean they will lose their genital parts (or gain any). It includes transgender which is just a gender change, not including a sex change operation. As for what is considered a futa it is still up for debate by...- AsuraEU

Does the same 3D models in multiple games ever bother you?
What the devs do with said models matters more to me. Sometimes it's better other times it's worse, or they reinvent the perception of the model due to the story attached to it. Plenty of ways to make something like that less stale.- AsuraEU
