I think you’re conflating fictional exploration with real-world intent, and that’s a pretty big leap to make. In a story, 'corruption' is often a trope about a character discovering a side of themselves they were suppressed from exploring. It’s a fantasy of liberation, not a manual for abuse...- VForValhalla
