Update: New Latest Updates Page Is Live
This seems like a solid plan to me, sounds good. I think he meant only the bank has the 1k cap. As you said it wouldn't make sense to cap the Wallet as well. Since the Bank is the only thing that multiplies the wealth, there should be no need to cap the wallet.- Oakbender

Sure but that was in reference to them saying they've previously purchased each of the ranks individually before the perks for P2 & 3 were merged down into P1. Thus thought they should have had it without needing to purchase the badges again, which they did and is why they now have the badge but...- Oakbender

I think new could serve a purpose if it was applied to newly created threads (new games) as opposed to updated threads but yes if it's applied to everything then it's kind of redundant. I mean this goes back to the usual thing for me that they're testing stuff on the production environment. I've seen at least 3-4 different themes of the past few days.
