The fact that there's so many mods and that you can turn the game into whatever you want.
The regular unmodded game is not that great in my opinion, it was pretty aged graphically when it first released too. It feels like this can be said for all Bethesda games though.
Probably when we reach AGI. 2030? if optimistic.
It can already help developers in some ways, but it's not advanced enough to make things by itself yet.

I'm fine with it, making custom assets is very time consuming (Or expensive..) and I'd rather see that used to make a game more complete in terms of scenes and writing.. it's always nice to see though.
I hope you are using 7zip and not the Windows "feature", it sucks.
This can happen if your download is corrupt because of unreliable internet (Wifi? Mobile?) or maybe some issue with the hardware such as RAM or the storage being broken and corrupting things.
I'm a Witcher fan but I still haven't played the expansions of TW3, I was supposed to do so with HalkHogan's "The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project NextGen Edition" but it was delayed.. it's finally coming out in November though!
