I don't see why there is even a debate about what it means. You can only search for 1 tag at a time or I am missing something here. F95 you can use up to 10 tags to search for content that you like and all I have seen here is only 1 can be used at a time making it very hard to find the content... -

The same with me I will check out a game that has my tag interest and if I like it then I will only come back and play once it is completed. Thoughts On Remakes
As for the dev doing the remake as long as the game is finish then its okay. Only time to do a remake before completing the game/VN is if dev runs into a hard block in coding that can't be bypass then and only then should a dev do a remake before completing the game/VN.
