I got FO3 and NV for free ages ago, then much later I discovered TTW mod and downloaded free, so, paid for none of them luckily, but I didn't know TTW does not need FO NV. I heard about this, that the map is much bigger. I think you do need both FO NV and FO 3 and TTW joins them.
