Using a VPN can get around those limits by changing the IP when you hit the limit, refresh and continuing the download. So long as that IP hasn't exceeded the limit too. But I just cycle through until I get one that allows me to continue.- ccxvidonaferens

Regarding the reaction cooldown, is it actually 3 minutes? I only ask because the dialogue box that comes up if you do attempt to react too fast if the time limitation applies says to wait at least 160 seconds.
