Sometimes real porn works, provided the storyline is good (I enjoy The Monastry). However, often the story is adapted to fit the video clips available, and it doesn't work so good. Generally, yes. Particularly if there are multiple routes - it helps choose which one suits best. If there are only choices with dialogue (which decide allocation of points) then a VN is no different from reading a book - we're reading (and hopefully enjoying) the storyline.- Gonzo01
