As everyone has already said, the graphics aren't the strongest point, but the story more than makes up for it. I just think things move a little too fast, but maybe that's the author's intention for a fast-paced VN.
I'll never take any more pictures of Marie, I'll never know what it's like to share an apartment with Lori. Shit, I hate this AVN world, so many stories without an end, so many characters I've grown attached to, just frozen in time. I hate it.
As much as I love the mother-daughter theme and admire the effort to add voice acting to the game, the mother's lines are quite bizarre, overly descriptive, and unnatural to me. It could have been a much better game just by changing the lines.
I just want to say that while there are some bugs, the story's pacing is excellent, delivering enough to excite you at the beginning without getting too carried away. Great work.
My two favorites, it really isn't easy. Desert Stalker has a lot more content and caters to a lot more different tastes, but overall I prefer the 3D models from HSoA, especially the twins and I think the family relationship in Hot Sand is more interesting too.
