Not sure about the green girl but this pink girl is the only other loli in the game. Her sister is young as well but is still supposed to be like a teenager. I don't think it's a version problem I think it's just how the game is. Have you seen another version out there? -

Definitely HHS, especially with the extended sister mod (don't remember the actual name). I'm also pretty sure that you can get the girls in Rogue Like Evolution to walk around naked once they are lewd enough. Can't think of anything else right now off the top of my head. -

It looks like the sequel is in koikatsu instead of being drawn. A little disappointing but at least it's made by the same people.
