That works! If you ever need some help, "CyricZ" has some great guides on gamefaqs.
Biggest advice: Don't be afraid to ignore the story to wander off and do the fun little side quests. The plot often tries to imply things are super urgent, but you can fuck off for weeks playing slot car races...
Personally I'd say 0 is the better starting point, though you'll miss a number of little in-jokes and references from later games. It's just the better built game. The story flows better, there's proper balance, fighting feels less clunky, etc.
Kiwami (Yakuza 1 remake) isn't bad but there's...
The persona games have a hilariously broken difficulty setting so if you ever get stuck, you can just change to easy (or hardcore....) and walk through a fight to continue.
I say hardcore as the way the difficulty works, the hardest difficulty setting can actually sometimes be far easier as it...
No bugs thankfully, but apparently about a third of the attendees have tested positive for COVID in the last few days.... and I woke up with a sore throat. I just took a test (negative) but now I'm gonna be paranoid for the next two weeks.
Finally home after a week of conference rooms, breakout sessions, busses, and shitty hotel rooms.
God damn I am exhausted.
I miss anything interesting?
I remember when I was a little kid I was always vaguely creeped out by black walnut shells, because I thought they looked like owl faces. Just sorta weird/eerie to me at the time.

We have little burrowing owls in my area. They're adorably tiny.

Lots of coyotes too, though, so I don't see them all that often. Presumably hiding to avoid being eaten.
I don't recall which was actually first, but it was some Japanese visual novel type game (translated). Something like Runaway City, Paradise Heights, or Seasons of Sakura, that sorta era. Lead to me amassing quite the collection of Japanese games, I think I still have a binder of burned CDs of...

Need to try some of those Ninja Turtle pizza recipes. Licorice and Granola! Marshmallows and Asparagus! Peanut butter, Grape Jelly, and Tuna!
So many unfathomable flavor combinations!
I kinda wish I could get an electric. I have access to a free charger at work and (near) home, so it'd be rather handy.
But there are too many downsides for now. Not to mention the upfront cost is way out of reach for me.
Ended up driving my last car until it died completely, busted...
They're quite good. Some nice sliced carne asada, a splash of lime, maybe a little pico de gallo, fantastic.
There's also Tacos al Pastor, which is meat on a spindle (like shwarma or gyro or kebab meat in other parts of the world). Excellent if you can find it in your area.
You must be...
Nothing that traumatic, just a lot of "Why do you have 38 toolbars on your browser" and "No this homepage redirect to a scammy ad page is NOT a good thing" sort of stuff. The worst I've had to deal with in regards to phones is "I have no idea where all these apps have come from" when they click...
Yeah I made the mistake of being "the computer guy" in my family, so many awkward phone calls from elderly relatives and cousins I barely knew existed.
Have you played any of the Tex Murphy reboot game? "Tesla Effect" is the name, its not bad.
There was also "Contradiction" a while back, which was a fun little fmv detective game. Great cast to it.
