Nope. Building a dual PC/Linux distro is the default. The creator had to specifically disable the windows port. He took action to prevent windows from working when normally both windows and linux work with no action required. -

Yes I looked at the apk too. Its the exact same thing as the windows version. Specifically it has the swf files which are the actual game and an embedded flash player. On windows the included exe is the flash player. On android its an android flash player. And its a well documented fact... -

No clue if the exe works on Wine but there is an swf file included too, which implies if you have an swf (flash) player installed it will work in linux -

Pretty sure the confusion is that the example screenshots all show japanese UI and not english. And on other sites when that happens the game ends up having a few sentences here or there translated but not the UI itself which almost makes it pointless. -
