its not dumb. its how you prevent crashes and bug reports that werent bugs but players doing stupid things. the subscriber version has content that physically isnt included in the non subscriber version. so loading a save that has that info is unstable as the non sub version doesnt know how... -

when you go from the big area through that tiny opening into the downward angled path and start to hear the girl sobbing she is about 20 feet to your right on the other side of the wall of rocks. just continue forward to the end of the downward path and turn right then stick to the right wall... -

no. the cave entrances are obvious. just not from far away. its really easy to walk by them and not notice. suggest you using the community map posted earlier and looking at the coordinates of the cave entrances if you have a hard time finding them -

Its not an opinion. Intentions to eventually come out with more releases is not the same as 'not abandoned'. Would be great if releases start back up. But NOW its abandoned. That is the word whose meaning fits the actual situation. -

its beyond abandoned. doesnt matter if the dev posts today tht its not. they would be lieing. it IS ABANDONED until there is a release, and then another one within a reasonable time. with more than a bugfix level of content. -

thats because they are sprites. just big ones. renpy doesnt have a concept of actual backgrounds. just 'the image shown first' making it below any shown after. also the scene statements purpose is to HIDE literally everything on a layer (master layer by default). then if you passed... -

banana trees physically look different from non banana producing trees. the ones on the island are slightly taller than average. once you see a banana keep looking between its tree and the others. the differences are subtle but exist and you get used to it after ... awhile. i'm still having... -
