Yeah, I can agree with that, I think Artist do use AI generation as a guide line as to draw a difficult part but add their own tweek to it -

AI CGI is fine as long its not too creepy but they do have useage, but an artist making the scene seem to have a sort of reward to them if people love the art -

This is a good game and they do care, which is why they currently remaking it, so it fits more with the storyline and not a simple storyline and then done, so they doing it in a way that it ties everything together, plus I think they want to rework main story to add more scenes.
