    I got 3 of the 4 endings, for some reason if you kiss her when checking her temperature you get the "mom finds out" ending, and if you pretend she's got a fever you end up raping her, but I have no idea how to get the fourth ending.

    Yeah, but are you running the game using locale emulator? using right click option? With the kaerinokai2 games running the game without locale emulator it "starts" but other bugs happen like the game freezing or the text not showing up.
