It's when you meet Luna and Lisa. There are two paths with Rebecca and I think you only get the scene in one of them. You'll have to restart and go with the other path.- marcomemmey

For seeing Macy you need to have be on the Macy path (basically just seeing all her scenes), and then go see her when you get the call. For Alice path you have a choice when you go confront Nicole after the first day at work and find Alice there. Sometimes you don't get the choice, I don't know...- marcomemmey
