I'm pretty sure its the VM fault, you need an actual gpu to run the shaders used for that transition, VM wont take your gpu unless config correctly and is apain in the ass, my sugestion: run a bootable linux distro with gpu drivers, ubuntu, debian, arch (if you are masochist), then run game... -
