Feet and the absence of a meaningful tag for the foot guys
The games I played there's only attention to feet in the sex scenes themselves, I can hardly remember some that actually focus on showing the feet for pure entertainment. Despite being a common fetish, I think it's still niche in avns -

NTR is not a dream, its a nightmare. Just say NO to NTR!
They make it avoidable so you can choose wether to partake in it or not. It's a good choice if you want your game to have a big reach going over everybody's kink. Same way that there are some hard NTR games in which it's unavoidable and the dev doesn't care, because it's a NTR focused game... -
