Just like anything else, I find that the quality you get out corresponds to the effort put in. There's a few good games currently, and they're all rather high effort.
If you're up for reading, check out Fenoxo's games Trials in Tainted Space (TITS) or Corruption of Champions (COC). Flexible survival is really well done too, and don't worry about the vore tag, it's not relevant unless you look for it.

Baby talk or Dumb Blonde kills it for me. I find intelligent people attractive and deliberately dumbing yourself down or worse, not being smart or experienced enough to speak normally is a huge turnoff. I'm not particularly concerned about body type, but I like adults I can hold a conversation with.
A lot of games have "fisting a jar of mayo" quality sounds that loop very obviously and I'd rather have nothing at all. On the other hand, really good audio can absolutely make a game. Really, it depends on quality.

The gameplay itself is honestly really good. Part of the difficulty is getting used to the wonky controls. Make sure you play fullscreen because you WILL click off if you don't.
Also the artstyle is great and completely consistent
