Are you trying to play with saves from an older version? If so, perhaps your global.rpgsave file is bad? I'm pretty sure saves are supposed to be compatible across versions, but perhaps it's been corrupted somehow. Try deleting that and only transfer the filex.rpgsave files. -

You must be registered for see element. However, I just looked at my customization gear and noticed two "heart" items in the hair menu. So apparently I AM getting credit for it. Perhaps I actually HAVEN'T gotten as much XP as I thought yet. Do you recall where she spawns when you unlock her?
