I have personally never come across it in AVNs, but I think that I would be really into it if with the right subject and the right plot. Does anyone have recommendations for games with lactation that you enjoyed, where the one(s) lactating is of regular size and doesn't have ginormous balloons...- cronoc

Yep same, smaller more realistic features are more appealing to me, and too unnatural proportions have definitely been a reason why I have decided not to play AVNs in the past. Although there have been AVNs where none of the girls were petite, and most were unreasonably big, and it still managed...- cronoc

How often do you reopen an H-game to "appreciate" the gallery?
