Depends on what you consider content, if you mean sex scenes, It does have a much better system and some clothing options, etc. (more developed sandbox) But Null Hypotesis has an actual story, conversation between characters and has a much faster development. -

The game is sandboxy as hell. I asked the developer on patreon, if he wants to add some interactions between characters, but it seems that his main objective is just to add more and more characters. -
