Borderline disgusting. Even below the absolute horrendous AI slop people can create. Because not only they often times feature inconsistent characters and scenes but the also use real life people who do their job. Default is my go-to. Mostly because I consider self inserting to be completely dumb. Those characters live their lives and the story is their life story. Their choices. While I, as reader, help to nudge the character towards those choices they still remain confined in the neat little world... -

It looks bad because 90% of developers make terrible, generic girls which lack consistent look. Then blast it with the "AI" look that is attributed to generating the images with Pony StableDiffusion.
