    unity supports android as a target so it's entirely possible, checking a few random unity games some developers are providing android and even ios builds themselves but it's up to them to do it since it would require exported from source

    Bulging without cum inflation? not seen much if any of it maybe one or two with an enema scene but it's not the focus for sure. Maybe try fatteningcareer by fishstickmate? More feederism than bulging but there's a few stuffed/bloated scenes If I recall correctly.
