Very small updates but there is always new content, yes. But it's not like with some games, where you can play 2 - 3 hours each update. It's more like 15 - 30 minutes. So better stay away from downloading every small update in case that is too short for you. The game in general is still short... -

Ravager has a few drawbacks, mainly the weird art style change in the sex scenes. But overall it is a very good game which should not be missed unless you really hate cartoon-style. -
