Mostly on repeat scenes. A few actual in game scenes can make me just be like "I get it move on" but if there is to much of that in a game I will tend to stop playing it anyways.
Story and setting. Graphics are def important but if all I want are sexy pictures I don't need to play a game to get those. Plus personal mood is important feeling something more uphearted or darker, finding that game that fits the bill

If talking porn games then .1 versions are a no but with how few are complete you gotta start them somewhere. For actual retail games always wait a little bit
Just make it a zombie apocalypse game now but management style and you are fattening up the live ones to eat. Of course add some sexy zombie action so it fits the website.
There are valid reasons to do it. When it happens it tends to push the game to the bottom of the play queue until they get things sorted which in some of these dev cycles and relegate it to the graveyard.
