How Dark do you like your story?

How often do you fuck your sister?
It'd be interesting to see a game that actually took that journey all the way through to pregnancy and beyond. I mean it could be a demon-vampire baby from your sister if the game was some kind of urban fantasy. That's a bit better than MC deals with kids with birth defects :S -
