Actually after playing it, it's not as bad as I feared. Most of the sentences are more or less ok, with no more than minor spelling mistakes / typo's. There are however a few sentences which are really weird. Strange combination actually, maybe the dev is using machine translation or AI? -

While the Daz store does have quite a number of suitable assets, including some that I have not seen in games before, you need to realize that many devs are doing it as kind of hobby or at most as a side job. As such, they don't have the means / don't want to invest a lot of money in background...- Freyr

The problem with tags is, that a game gets a tag if it has one single scene with X content in it. But if I were a lesbian, looking for lesbian content, the "lesbian" tag is nearly worthless because most games have at least one lesbian scene in them.
