The issue is not with any forum, I think, but rather with lack of proper vision and planning by the dev. This project was way, way too ambitious and then he made it worse by, as you say, an extremely complicated choice tree. I think that is valid criticism. Sure there is also enough bullshit... -

The issue with F_95 is Rule 7, which aims to ban clearly underage characters. This in itself is fair enough in my opinion.
