Yes, but it does have a bit more actual plot than just "plot" and the art is really well done. I just wish the updates were a bit longer story-wise, but since people want animations it means less story for each update. -

It's still up, but you have to manually edit your hosts file to access it. Some people have had success by accessing through Tor. There is a DNS issue. The owner is supposed to be trying to clear it up. -
