    Psychopass is so good! I haven't seen either of the OVAs but I enjoyed both seasons. I'll recommend Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans and Battle Fairy Yukikaze. IBO's tone is pretty bleak but well-executed and Yukikaze is slow and mysterious.

    Gotta go with Apartment #69 being up there for me. In particular the relationship MC has with Nea, it's just so sweet and seems written from a genuine place of care.
