I think The Princess and the Tower demonstrates how to effectively integrate tile-based gameplay into a porn game, whereas RPGM games typically integrate porn content into a tile-based game.
Not sure what you mean by "ends up with the MC", but in Milfy City the aunt starts out as a lesbian and ends up being shared between her bi-wife and the MC.
