Can do that in options.rpy IIRC, change the save directory name in the old game, then move the saves to the new folder, easier that way than changing it in every release for the new one -

The dev is working on 2 games, which always means slower development/releases for each game. The size of the updates for this have always been around the same, 150-200 renders, I wouldn't expect that to change. -

Maybe it varies, but the people I talk to who don't like NTR will play if it's avoidable, but there are one or two who won't. For me, if it's avoidable that's fine, I'll play it, same with any other kink content I don't like, but if it's forced, I will play something else, it's not the end of... -
