Do you get girls pregnant in games if given the option?
Depends on the playthrough I am going for, if the game gives the choice. When I play as a dominant character, I try to get all the girls pregnant. Otherwise I try to play in a way that my character does not get any action at all. I generally don't go for a middle road.- jummipulli
