    3D Sim/Dol urban fantasy style free roam game where you can customize your character. Has many opportunities for sex with random npcs and you're able to build relationships with specific characters as well. Maybe a Hardstuck style combat system as well with transformations like vampires...

    I say it's a matter of both the size and the shape cause some realistically sized big tits in games look like balloons and that turns me off while I can tolerate much bigger sizes with a more natural shape

    Any Paradox game while the base games are fine plenty of the mods introduce features and settings that make the overall gameplay less flat and boring after your second playthrough
